In truth, I faced a terrible omen for my House after the jump, horror enough alone, and considering recent events, a true harbinger of trouble to come. I know it is not wise to dwell on such things, and yet my mind will not stray. I fear not for myself, but for my family, for you and the other travelers I have been fortunate enough to speak with. I'm sorry to hear that you've come across bad news, but in my own experience omens can be read in a variety of ways. Are you sure that it's going to go wrong? And, if so, what can I do to help? I'm not the finest wizard, nor the brightest, but for what it's worth, if it's a thing that can be fought, I can fight.

He is kind and brave and many other good qualities besides, but he can't imagine a world where winter comes. That's not a bad thing, but I can't really get my head around it.
